Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will reach the northern Gulf Thu night,
then stall and weaken across the southern Gulf by Fri night.
Southerly winds will increase across the basin this weekend
ahead of another cold front forecast to reach the NW Gulf on
Sun, then extend from the Florida Big Bend to the central Bay of
Campeche on Mon. 

.OVERNIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt late. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming W to NW 15 to 20 kt in
the afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
.SAT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the waters S of 27N while a
trough will move across the northern waters tonight and Thu. 
Expect fresh to strong winds, mainly E of the trough axis. A 
cold front will move SE across the region Thu night through Sat 
night. Southerly winds will increase east of Florida Sat night 
through Sun night, possibly reaching gale force N of 30N.
