Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build over the NE Gulf today and
move southward across the eastern Gulf through Wed night. A cold
front will approach the northern Gulf Coast Thu and Thu night,
move across the northern Gulf waters Fri, then stall and weaken
Fri night into Sat. Expect strengthening southerly winds across
the Gulf Sat night as low pressure deepens over the SE United
States. Smoke from agricultural fires in southern Mexico may
reduce visibilities over the Bay of Campeche.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE to E winds 5 kt in the afternoon. Seas 2 ft
or less. 
.TONIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

through Wed, then maintain a ridge across the southern waters 
through late week. A trough will cross the northern waters Wed 
night and Thu. A cold front is expected to move SE across the SW
N Atlantic waters late Thu night through Sat night. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 ft
S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N,
and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.WED...S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW 15 to 20 kt N of 27N.
Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.
