.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has exited the area this evening. 
Moderate N winds will continue into Thu, then transition to return
S flow by Fri. Winds and seas will remain generally tranquil 
through the weekend as high pressure builds over the region. A 
cold front may move off the Texas coast Sat, then stall over the 
N Gulf Sun into Mon.

.OVERNIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt after midnight. Seas 4 to
6 ft. 
.THU...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

waters through the weekend, then gradually decay early next week.
