Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front that early this morning is located from
Tampa, Florida to Tampico, Mexico will race SE and clear the
Gulf by this afternoon. Winds and seas will diminish across much 
of the basin late today, and remain relatively tranquil through 
the end of the week as high pressure builds over the NE Gulf. 

.TODAY...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.THU...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.THU NIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front has exited the SE U.S coast early
this morning. This front will move quickly E, passing Bermuda and
the Bahamas by tonight. Ahead of the front, SW gales will prevail
through this evening N of 28N and E of 77W, expanding E with 
time. NW gales will also develop behind the front over the same 
later today and tonight.

.TODAY...W winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NW 20 to 25 kt N of
27N. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
