.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move off the Texas coast Tue and 
cross the basin by Thu morning. Ahead of this front, fresh to 
strong SW winds are possible in the NE Gulf Tue afternoon and Tue 
night. Then, behind the front, strong NW winds are likely over the
far N Gulf Wed. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

front, SW gales will develop N and E of The Bahamas by Wed 
morning and continue into Wed night.
