.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure over northern Mexico and a ridge across 
the northern Gulf will support fresh SE winds this morning. A 
slow-moving cold front will reach the NW Gulf tonight, then stall 
and weaken over the northern Gulf Sat and Sun.

lift north as a warm front on Tue.
