Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from a weak 1017 mb low just
south of southwestern Louisiana to 24N96W and to inland Mexico
just south of Tampico. This front will begin to accelerate its
motion today and move across the remainder of the Gulf through
Fri afternoon. Gale conditions are expected over the offshore
waters of Tampico coast early Fri, and over the offshore waters
of Veracruz Fri and Fri night. Frequent gusts to gale force are
expected over the NW Gulf and N central Gulf tonight. Strong
north to northeast winds are expected elsewhere behind the front
with building seas. Seas will subside Sat and Sun. A second cold
front will move into the NW Gulf Mon night.

.TONIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Isolated showers. 
.FRI...N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft, building to 6 to 9 ft
in E swell in the afternoon. Isolated showers. 
.FRI NIGHT...N to NE winds 25 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft. Isolated

.SAT...N to NE winds 20 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft in NE swell. Scattered
showers.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from just west of Bermuda to
inland central Florida near Cape Canaveral will push
southeastward across the rest of the forecast waters through 
Sat night. Near gale to gale force winds are expected on both 
sides of the front tonight through Fri night. Winds and seas
will gradually diminish across the region Sat and Sun.

.TODAY...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N, S winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, S to SW winds
15 to 20 kt, becoming W to NW 20 to 25 kt late except N of 30N N 
30 to 40 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft S of 27N, and 8 to 10 ft N of 27N
building to 9 to 14 ft.
.FRI...W to NW winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NW to N 25 to
30 kt with frequent gusts to 35 kt N of 27N. S of 27N seas 4 to 6
ft. From 27N to 29N, seas 8 to 12 ft. N of 29N, seas 12 to 17 ft.
