The high pressure will shift eastward through this afternoon as the low pulls off to the north to inland northeastern Texas and the cold front slowly moves across the western Gulf. The front will reach from near Mobile, Alabama to 25N92W and to the central Bay of Campeche by early Thu, from northern Florida to 25N90W and to the eastern Bay of Campeche Thu night, then weaken as it moves across the rest of the eastern and southeastern Gulf Fri and Fri night.
