Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Surface ridging and moderate to fresh return flow
will dominate the gulf through Wed evening. A cold front will
stall along the TX coast later today and Wed, before moving into
the NW Gulf Wed evening. The cold front is expected to move
across the Gulf Wed night through Fri evening, and will likely
bring gale conditions off Veracruz on Thu and Thu night. The
front will stall and gradually weaken over the S central and SE
Gulf Fri and Fri night, with ridging becoming re-established
into the weekend.

.SYNOPSIS...A dissipating stationary front extending from NW of
Bermuda to NE of the Bahamas will vanish this morning. Strong 
high pressure will dominate the forecast waters through Wed night.
A cold front is expected to move off the SE U.S. coast Thu 
evening. Fresh to strong southerly winds associated with the front
are expected to affect the NW waters Wed night through Thu. The 
front will move SE across the area through Sat before dissipating 
NE of Puerto Rico Sat night.

.TODAY...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. S of 27N, seas 3 ft in the
morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. N of 27N, seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
