Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Low pres in the NW Gulf near 28N93W has a trailing
cold front to just N of Tampico, Mexico. The low will shift
offshore and move across the northern and central Gulf through
Mon night, reaching S Florida by early Tue while the front sags
S and slowly dissipates. Another cold front will move off the
Texas coast Tue night, weakening by the time it reaches the SE
Gulf Wed night ahead of a third front which may impact the basin
by the end of the week.  

.TODAY...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5. Isolated showers
early, then scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TUE...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers. 
.TUE NIGHT...Variable winds less than 5 kt Straits of Florida,
and NE to E 10 kt elsewhere. Seas 2 to 4 ft.  Scattered showers.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front extending from near 31N66W to the 
central Bahamas will slowly move east today while dissipating. 
Another cold front will move into the northern portion by Mon 
night, eventually stalling along 26N by mid-week and then
lifting northward, with a reinforcing front dropping south Thu 
night and Fri. 

.TODAY...S of 27N, variable winds less than 5 kt, becoming S 10 
kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 ft in NW swell. N of 27N, Variable
winds less than 5 kt, becoming SW to W 10 kt in the afternoon. 
Seas 3 to 5 ft in NE swell. Scattered showers N of 27N. Isolated 
showers S of 27N.
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and W 15 to 20 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft in N swell S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of
27N. Isolated showers.
