Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from near Pensacola Florida to Tampico
Mexico will stretch from southwest Florida to Tampico by early
Sat. The front will lift north over the western Gulf through
late Sun as a warm front, ahead of a low pressure system moving
off the coast of Texas Sun. The low and a trailing cold front
will move into the southwest Gulf Mon as the low pressure
weakens. Looking ahead another weak low pressure area will move
off the Texas coast Tue. 

.TODAY...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 ft after midnight. 
.SAT...N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.SUN NIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt, shifting to NW in the
afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front near Puerto Rico will stall and weaken 
later this afternoon. Lingering fresh northerly winds behind the
 front will gradually diminish this afternoon, and large seas
will continue to propagate SE and subside this weekend. Another
cold  front will move off the southeast U.S. coast Sat morning,
reach  from Bermuda to western Cuba on Sun, then weaken Mon.
Looking ahead, a weak low along a front will move across south
Florida to the Bahamas early next week. 

.TODAY...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 5 to 7 ft in NE swell. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NE swell. 
.SAT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and W 15 to 20 kt N of 27N.
Seas 4 to 6 ft in NE swell.
