Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist over the NE Gulf through
tonight. A cold front will cross the northern waters Tue and Tue
night, then stall and weaken over the southern Gulf on Wed.
Fresh to strong return flow will prevail across the region Thu
through Fri night.  

.TODAY...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft, subsiding to 2 ft or
less. 
.TUE...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.WED...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...cold front extending from near 24N65W to the 
windward passage will stall from near 23.5N65W to Hispaniola 
tonight where it will dissipate through Tue. Another cold front 
will move off the southeast U.S. coast later Tue and cross the 
waters Tue night through Wed night. Expect strengthening winds 
and building seas Thu through Fri night as strong high pressure 
builds over the western Atlantic. 

.TODAY...NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and N 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N, NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, N to NE
winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE late. Seas 2 ft or less S of
27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.TUE...S of 27N, NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to N in the
afternoon. N of 27N, S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to W to
