Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front in the NW Gulf from the Louisiana coast
near 30N92W to near Tampico, Mexico will extend from near
Sarasota, Florida to the central Gulf near 23.5N90W to the SW
Gulf near 21N96W by early Sun, stalling and weakening from near
the N coast of Cuba to the Yucatan Channel to the Yucatan
Peninsula Mon. High pressure will build in the wake of the front
from W to E, shifting NE of the basin by early Tue. The next
cold front is expected to move into the NW Gulf by early Wed,
weakening and stalling in the northern Gulf by Wed night. 

.TODAY...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 ft late. 
.SUN...NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.SUN NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Sebastien near 27.8N 50.6W 997 mb at
4 AM EST moving ENE at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds 55 kt
gusts 65 kt. Sebastien will continue to accelerate NE away from
the  forecast waters today. A cold front is W of Sebastien
extending  from 22N56W to near Dominica. High pressure in the
wake of the  front will dominate the forecast waters today, then
shift  eastward tonight. The next cold front will cross the
region Sun through Mon, weakening from near Bermuda to the 
central Bahamas and N coast of Cuba Mon night through Tue. High 
pressure will build in from the W over the region by mid week. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of
27N. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N, SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N, S winds
10 to 15 kt, becoming S to SW 20 to 25 kt late. Seas 2 ft or less
S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N. 
.SUN...SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W 20 to 25 kt N of 27N.
