Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge will prevail across the eastern area
through tonight, with fresh SE return flow persisting over the
western Gulf. A cold front has entered the northwest Gulf,
extending from 30N94W to 27N97W. The front will cross the
northern and central waters this weekend, then weaken and stall
over the southern Gulf Sun night into Mon. High pressure will
build in from the W behind the front Sat night through Sun
night, move E across the Gulf Mon into Tue, then persist into
Wed night. The next cold front is expected to move into the
northwest Gulf by Tue night into Wed night.

.SAT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Sebastien near 27.0N 52.2W 998 mb at 
10 PM EST moving NE at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 55 kt
gusts 65 kt. Sebastien will continue to accelerate northeastward
away  from the forecast waters tonight. A cold front is W of
Sebastien  extending from 31N48W to 28N53W, then becomes
stationary to  24N56W, then transitions again to cold front to
16N61W. High  pressure in the wake of the front will dominate
the forecast  waters through Sat, then shift eastward Sat night.
The next cold  front will cross the region Sun through Mon,
weakening near 70W  Mon night through Tue night. High pressure
will build in from the  W over the region by mid week.

27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.SAT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of
27N. 
.SAT NIGHT...S of 27N, SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N, S
winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming S to SW 20 to 25 kt late. Seas 2 ft
or less S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N. 
.SUN...SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W 20 to 25 kt N of 27N.
Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.
