Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge will prevail across the area through
Fri, with fresh SE return flow persisting over the western Gulf.
A cold front will move off the Texas coast and into the NW Gulf
on Fri night, cross the northern and central waters this
weekend, then weaken and stall over the southern Gulf Sun night.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Sebastien near 24.7N 57.8W 999 mb  at
10 PM EST moving NE at 16 kt. Maximum sustained winds 50 kt 
gusts 60 kt. Sebastien will accelerate northeastward away from 
the forecast waters tonight. A cold front extending from 31N56W 
to 24N61W to 18N68W will continue moving eastward and steer 
Sebastien into the central Atlantic. High pressure will build 
behind the cold front across the northern waters through Sat, 
then shift eastward Sat night. The next cold front will cross
the region Sun through Mon.

4 to 6 ft N of 27N. 
.FRI...E winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 10 to 15 kt N of
