.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the western Gulf will shift
NE through Wed. A relatively weak pressure gradient across the 
region will support gentle to moderate winds and 2-4 ft seas 
through the week.

.TONIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft.
