Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front extending from northern Florida
to the SW Gulf near 18N95W will continue to race SE, clearing
the basin early Wed. Another cold front will move into the Gulf 
Thu, followed by strong winds and high seas. That next front will
clear the basin Fri night with winds and seas diminishing during 
the weekend. Yet another cold front may move into the western Gulf
late Sun. 

.TONIGHT...N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.WED...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from near Jacksonville, Florida into
the Gulf of Mexico will reach and stall as it passes Bermuda and
stretches SW across the Bahamas and the Straits of Florida Wed. 
Gale force winds will follow this cold front off the NE coast of 
Florida tonight, and shift eastward across the northern waters W 
of 72W through Wed morning. Strong to near gale force winds and 
high seas will prevail NW of the boundary through Thu. As the 
front dissipates late week, winds and seas will also diminish. Low
pres is expected to develop along the old frontal remnants off 
the NE Florida and Georgia coasts Fri and drift NE, with potential
for gales by Sat. This low will drag another cold front across 
the basin W of 70W through the remainder of the upcoming weekend.

N of 27N, W winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming NW 20 to 30 kt late,

ft late.
.WED...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and N to NE 20 to
30 kt N of 27N. Frequent gusts to 35 kt N of 29N within 60 nm of
shore in the morning. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and 6 to 9 ft N of
27N. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
.WED NIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NE to E
