Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending from southwest Florida
to the Yucatan Peninsula into the eastern Bay of Campeche will
weaken and dissipate through late today. Remnants of the front
will move as a trough across the eastern and central Gulf
through Tue. High pressure over the lower Mississippi Valley
will shift eastward to the Carolinas and dominate the Gulf
waters through Thu producing mainly an easterly wind flow. The
next cold front is forecast to reach the northwest Gulf by Fri
followed by fresh to strong northerly winds and building seas.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front reaching from near Bermuda to south
Florida will stall shift northward again today while
dissipating. Large long- period northeast swell to the northeast 
of the Bahamas will gradually subside though late today. A surface
trough currently located along 65W will track westward across the
waters east of the Bahamas through mid week. The next cold front 
is forecast to reach the waters off northeast Florida by Fri night
bringing increasing winds and building seas. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E 15 to 20 kt N
of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
