Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front across the N Gulf coastal waters from
the Big Bend region to 27.5N95W to 24.5N97.5W and will extend
from N central Florida to near 27N90W to Tampico, Mexico Thu
morning. Meanwhile, 1008 mb low pres near 21N95.5W will allow
strong N winds to spill southward across the Mexican coastal
waters. The front will meander across the N Gulf through Fri
before becoming diffuse, while the low moves slowly NE and
becomes better organized. Strong to near gale force winds will
surround the low on Fri with gale force wind expected across E
portions of the low Fri night and Sat. This low has a medium
chance to develop into a tropical or subtropical cyclone late
this week.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will prevail across the waters
overnight. A cold front will enter the NW forecast waters Thu 
morning. Fresh to strong SW winds ahead of the front and N of
29N  will continue through Thu morning when the front is
expected to  reach from 30N73W SW to near Palm Bay, Florida. The
front will  reach from 30N65W to Freeport, Bahamas to near West
Palm Beach on  Fri morning and from 25N65W to the central
Bahamas on Sat. Low pressure will move from the NE Gulf of
Mexico across the SE U.S. Sat through Sun to produce strong
southerly winds across the NW  Atlc waters. 

.OVERNIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt late. Seas 2 ft or less S
of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.THU...SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and NW 10 to 15 kt N of 27N.

.THU NIGHT...SE to S winds less than 5 kt S of 27N, and NW to N
5 to 10 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 ft N of
