Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A broad low pressure area across southern Mexico
will shift gradually NW through Thu night, bringing widespread
showers and thunderstorms across the SW Gulf. A cold front will
enter the NW Gulf this morning, extend from central Florida to
near Tampico, Mexico Thu morning. Low pressure is expected to
develop south of the front, then move NE Fri and Sat, with
strong winds and active weather possible near the low center. 

.TODAY...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. 
.TONIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered 
showers. 
.FRI...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will prevail across the area 
through tonight. A cold front will enter the NW waters Thu 
morning, with fresh to near gale force SW winds expected N of
29N ahead of the front. The cold front will reach from Bermuda 
to central Florida Thu night, and move east of the area by Sat.

.TODAY...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to 20 
kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N and SW to W 15 to 
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N.
