.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front across the northern Gulf waters
will drift northward and dissipate by late tonight. A cold front
will push into the northern Gulf Wed, then become stationary
from central Florida to southern Texas on Thu.

.TODAY...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
