Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between high pressure to the
north and lower pressure associated with a diminishing
stationary front to the south will weaken as the high spreads
southward and the front dissipates for the start of the week.
Thus, winds and seas will gradually lessen into Monday. Overall
high pressure will dominate through much of the week.  

.OVERNIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers. 
.MON...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers. 
.MON NIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Jerry near 27.4N 67.2W 993 mb at
11 PM EDT moving NNW at 9 kt. Maximum sustained winds 55 kt
gusts 65 kt. Jerry will move to 28.4N 67.7W Mon morning, 29.8N
68.2W Mon evening, 31.2N 68.4W Tue morning, and 32.4N 67.4W Tue
evening. Jerry will move north of the region by Wednesday and
pass near Bermuda on Thursday. Little chance in strength is
forecast through Fri with  a continued north and northeast
motion anticipated. Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Karen near 13.1N 
63.5W 1007 mb at 11 PM EDT moving WNW at 10 kt. Maximum sustained 
winds 35 kt gusts 45 kt. Karen will move to 13.9N 64.5W Mon 
morning, 15.3N 65.2W Mon evening, 16.9N 65.8W Tue morning, 18.7N 
66.0W Tue evening. Karen will move north of Puerto Rico and the 
area by Wednesday morning, then continue moving north into the SW 
Atlantic late week, slowing in forward speed with time.

E swell. Scattered showers.
