through the remainder of the week into the weekend. Gentle to 
moderate winds will prevail much of the period, with winds 
becoming fresh to strong over the northeastern Gulf Thu night into

hurricane near 16.7N 55.3W Thu afternoon, 17.8N 58.3W Fri morning,
19.1N 61.4W Fri afternoon, and weaken to a tropical storm near 
21.5N 66.5W Sat afternoon. Jerry will change little in intensity 
as it moves to near 25.2N 70.0W Sun afternoon, and continue to 
near 28.5N 69.5W Mon.
