Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...An elongated trough extending across the central and
western Gulf will become a broad low pressure center over the
northwest Gulf late today, before moving inland over Texas
tonight. Weak high pressure will build over the north central
Gulf through mid week, before dissipating later in the week
ahead of a weak cold front moving across the eastern Gulf. 

.TODAY...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Humberto near 29.7N 77.3W 980 mb at 5 AM
EDT moving NE at 4 kt. Maximum sustained winds 75 kt gusts
90 kt. Humberto will move to 30.0N 76.6W this afternoon, 30.3N
75.4W Tue morning, 30.6N 73.9W Tue afternoon, 31.0N 72.0W Wed
morning, and 33.0N 66.5W Thu morning. Humberto will change
little in intensity as it moves in the north central Atlantic
early Fri,  before weakening to an extratropical cyclone Sat.
Northerly swell will follow across the open waters in the wake
of Humberto.

20 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 50 to 70 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 14 ft

.TONIGHT...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. W to NW winds
10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW 25 to 30 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to
13 ft in NE swell. Scattered showers.
