.SYNOPSIS...High pres will extend from NW to SE across the basin
producing gentle to moderate winds through the weekend, then
will extend from E to W from the NE Gulf early next week
allowing for return flow and a slight increase in winds and
seas.  

.OVERNIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt late. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.FRI...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.FRI NIGHT...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SAT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian well N of the area near 33.8N 77.4W
958 mb at 11 PM EDT moving NE at 11 kt. Maximum sustained winds 
85 kt gusts 105 kt. Tropical storm force winds are N of 31N and
Dorian will continue to move farther away from the region through
the end of the week. Large northerly swell from Dorian will 
dominate the SW N Atlc through the weekend. This swell continues 
to produce high seas within the Gulfstream offshore of central 
and SE Florida. Much more tranquil marine conditions are forecast
by early next week. 

.OVERNIGHT...S of 27N, SW winds 10 to 15 kt late. N of 27N, SW
winds 15 to 20 kt late. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and 6 to 9 ft N
of 27N. 
.FRI...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 15 to 20 kt
N of 27N. S of 27N, seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft
or less. N of 27N, seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.FRI NIGHT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to 15 kt N
