.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will prevail across the basin
through the weekend, producing gentle to moderate winds, that
will strengthen some early next week.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TONIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.FRI...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.FRI NIGHT...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.SAT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...SW to W winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian is now N of the area near 32.5N
79.1W 958 mb at 1500 UTC moving NNE at 7 kt. Maximum sustained 
winds 95 kt gusts 115 kt. Tropical storm force winds on south side
of Dorian will lift out of the NW waters this afternoon as Dorian
moves to near 33.5N 78.0W at 00 UTC tonight and exits the region 
Fri. Large northerly swell from Dorian will dominate the SW N Atlc
through the weekend and continues to produce high seas within the
Gulfstream offshore of central and SE Florida. Much more tranquil
marine conditions are forecast by early next week. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS N of 29N. SW winds 10
to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW 20 to 40 kt N of 27N. Seas 6 to 15 ft 
in NW to N swell. Scattered showers and tstms. 
.TONIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW 20 to 25 kt N of
27N. Seas 5 to 9 ft. 
.FRI...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.FRI NIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
.SAT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding
to 2 ft or less.
