Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian near 29.8N 79.7W 964 mb at 1500 UTC
 moving NNW at 8 kt. Broad cyclonic wind flow associated with 
Dorian will affect the eastern Gulf through Fri. Tropical Storm 
Fernand near 24.2N 97.3W 1002 mb at 1500 UTC moving W-NW at 7 kt. 
Highest winds and the majority of significant weather will remain 
W and SW of center. Fernand will continue westward and move inland
to near 24.7N 98.9W by this evening. Weak high pressure will then
prevail across the basin over the weekend to produce light to 
moderate winds and mild seas.

showers. 
.TONIGHT...W winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian near 29.8N 79.7W 964 mb at 1500 UTC
 moving NNW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds 90 kt gusts 110 kt.
 Dorian will continue northward towards the South Carolina coast
through early Thu morning, reaching 30.8N 80.0W this evening, 
then veering NE and along or just offshore of the Carolina
coasts Thu through Fri. Large northerly swell from Dorian will
dominate  the SW N Atlc through Sat. 

...HURRICANE WARNING...

.THIS AFTERNOON...HURRICANE CONDITIONS. SW winds 20 to 25 kt S
of 27N, and S to SW 65 to 75 kt N of 27N. Seas 6 to 15 ft in N
swell S of 25N and 10 to 36 ft N of 25N. Scattered showers and 
tstms. Vsby 1 NM or less.
.TONIGHT...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS EXPECTED. S of 27N, SW
winds 15 to 20 kt. N of 27N, S to SW winds 45 to 50 kt,
diminishing to 35 to 40 kt after midnight. Seas 5 to 20 ft in NW
to N swell. Scattered showers and tstms. 
.THU...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. SW winds 15 to 20 kt
S of 27N, and SW 25 to 30 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 15 ft in NW
