.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Fernand near 23.1N 96.8W 1000 mb at
5 AM EDT moving W at 5 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts
55 kt. Fernand will move inland to 23.5N 97.9W this afternoon,
weaken to a tropical depression near 24.0N 99.2W Thu morning,
and dissipate inland Thu afternoon. For the southeastern Gulf,
high pressure will prevail across the basin through the weekend 
to produce light to moderate winds and mild seas.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian near 29.2N 79.5W 963 mb at 5 AM EDT
moving NNW at 7 kt. Maximum sustained winds 90 kt gusts 110 kt. 
Dorian will move to 30.1N 79.8W this afternoon, 31.2N 80.0W Thu 
morning, 32.2N 79.4W Thu afternoon, 33.7N 77.7W Fri morning, and
 38.0N 70.6W Sat morning. Dorian will become extratropical as it
 moves near Nova Scotia early Sun, and weaken as an
extratropical cyclone around 53.5N 50.0W Mon. Large northerly 
swell from Dorian will dominate the SW N Atlc through Sat.
