.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Fernand near 23.2N 96.4W 1000 mb at
11 PM EDT moving W at 3 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts
55 kt. Fernand will move to 23.5N 97.5W Wed morning, move inland
and weaken to a tropical depression near 24.0N 98.5W Wed
evening, to 24.5N 100.0W Thu morning, and dissipate Thu evening.
Weak high pres will then prevail across the basin over the
weekend to produce light to moderate winds and mild seas.  

.OVERNIGHT...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt late. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED...W to NW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

evening, then becoming extratropical near 43.3N 62.7W Sat 
evening. Large northerly swell from Dorian will dominate the SW
N Atlc through Sat.
