.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Fernand near 23.4N 95.9W 1004 mb at
5 PM EDT moving W at 6 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt gusts 
45 kt. Fernand will move to 23.4N 96.5W Wed morning, 23.7N 97.5W 
Wed afternoon, inland to 24.2N 98.4W Thu morning, and weaken to 
a tropical depression near 25.0N 99.4W Thu afternoon. Fernand 
will dissipate Fri afternoon. Weak high pres will then prevail 
across the basin over the weekend to produce light to moderate 
winds and mild seas.

afternoon, moving N of the area to 31.4N 80.0W Thu morning, 32.6N
79.2W Thu afternoon, and 36.1N 74.0W Fri afternoon. Dorian will 
change little in intensity as it moves to 42.0N 65.0W Sat 
afternoon, and weaken as an extratropical cyclone over 50.0N 
55.0W Sun. Large northerly swell from Dorian will dominate the SW
N Atlc through Sat.
