Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Newly classified Tropical Depression Seven located
near 23.6N 94.9W at 1500 UTC 1004 mb moving W at 6 kt. Maximum
sustained winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt. This system is expected to
continue westward and become a Tropical Storm Wed morning near
23.6N 96.7W then move inland near 24.8N 98.5W Thu morning. Weak
high pres will then prevail across the basin over the weekend to
produce light to moderate winds and mild seas.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
Scattered showers. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian is located near 27.1N 78.6W at
1500 UTC 955 mb and drifting NW at 2 kt. Maximum sustained winds
are  95 kt gusts 115 kt. Dorian will begin to move NW and
expected to reach near 27.9N 79.0W at 00 UTC Wed, then veer move
northerly and reach near 30.7N 79.8W 00 UTC Thu before exiting
the area Thu evening. This trajectory will take Dorian parallel
to and  offshore of the Florida coast. Large NW swell from
Dorian will  dominate the SW N Atlc through Sat. 

...HURRICANE WARNING...

.THIS AFTERNOON...HURRICANE CONDITIONS. SW to W winds 60 to
80 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 75 to 85 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 25 ft
in NE to E swell. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. Vsby 1 NM
or less. 
.TONIGHT...HURRICANE CONDITIONS EXPECTED. S of 27N,SW winds
40 to 45 kt, diminishing to 25 to 30 kt after midnight. N of 27N,
SE to S winds 75 to 85 kt. Seas 3 to 28 ft in N swell. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. Vsby 1 NM or less. 
.WED...HURRICANE CONDITIONS EXPECTED. SW winds 25 to 30 kt S of
27N, and S to SW 75 to 85 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 28 ft in N
swell. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. Vsby 1 NM or less. 
.WED NIGHT...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS EXPECTED. S of 27N,SW
winds 20 to 25 kt. N of 27N,S to SW winds 55 to 60 kt, becoming
SW 35 to 40 kt after midnight. Seas 3 to 20 ft in NW to N swell.
