66.8W  Thu morning, 21.4N 68.2W Thu afternoon, strengthen to a
hurricane near 23.3N 69.6W Fri morning, and 26.1N 73.0W Sat
morning.  Dorian will change little in intensity as it moves to
27.7N  77.1W early Sun, and continue to 29.0N 80.0W on Mon.
