Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue across the Gulf of
Mexico through Sat night, maintaining gentle to moderate winds
and slight seas.  

.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW to N late.
Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt,  shifting to NW to N 5 kt in
the afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. NE to E winds

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Six is located north of forecast
 area near 31.8N 71.8W 1008 mb at 5 PM EDT moving NNW at 6 kt. 
Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt. A surface trough 
extends from the Tropical Depression to 31N72W to 27N74W to 
25N75W. Fresh to strong winds are mainly noted on the E side of 
the trough and N of 27N. These winds are forecast to diminish to
 20 kt or less in about 24 hours as T.D. Six continues to moves 
away from the forecast area. Tropical Storm Dorian near 15.3N 
62.5W 1005 mb at 5 PM EDT moving WNW at 11 kt. Maximum sustained
 winds 45 kt gusts 55 kt. Dorian will move to 16.2N 64.1W Wed 
morning, 17.6N 66.2W Wed afternoon, 19.1N 67.8W Thu morning,
20.8N 69.2W Thu afternoon, and 24.2N 72.2W Fri afternoon. Dorian
will  change little in intensity as it moves to 26.7N 76.1W Sat 
afternoon, and continue to 28.2N 80.6W Sun.
