Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue across the area through
Fri night. The high will maintain moderate to fresh south to
southeast winds over the waters west of 90W. Winds will be
mainly light to gentle east of 90W through the period. An upper-
level trough will support scattered showers and thunderstorms
over the north- central Gulf waters through early Tue.  

.TONIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to S late. Seas 2 ft or
less. 
.TUE...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW late. Seas
2 ft or less. 
.WED...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Recently developed Tropical Depression Six centered
N of the area near 31.7N 72.5W 1010 mb at 5 PM EDT moving E at 2
kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt. TD Six will 
strengthen to a tropical storm near 31.8N 72.0W Tue morning, then
start to move further N of the area, reaching 32.1N 71.9W Tue 
afternoon, 32.9N 71.9W Wed morning, and 34.6N 71.5W Wed 
afternoon. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms, some 
with strong gusty winds and rough seas are north 25N between 70W 
and 76W. Otherwise, gentle to moderate SE winds will continue 
across the area. Tropical Storm Dorian, currently in the tropical
Atlantic, is forecast to move across the eastern Caribbean Sea 
as a hurricane by the middle of the week and move across eastern 
Hispaniola Wed night into Thu. Dorian will move N of Hispaniola 
as a tropical storm Thu, and track NW across the Bahamas through 
Fri night.

3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.TUE...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW in the afternoon. Seas
2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of 27N. 
.TUE NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of
27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of 27N. 
.WED...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
