Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail across the area through
Thu night. The high will maintain moderate to fresh south to
southeast winds over the waters west of 90W. Winds will be
mainly light to gentle east of 90W through the period. Upper
level disturbances will keep unsettled weather conditions over
much of the NW and north- central Gulf through Mon night.

.MON...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to S late. Seas 2 ft

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A trough prevails over the NW waters helping produce 
scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms, some with strong 
gusty winds and rough seas. The trough will shift eastward across 
the northern waters. Otherwise, gentle to moderate southeasterly 
winds will continue across the area. Tropical Storm Dorian, 
currently in the tropical Atlantic, is forecast to move across the
eastern Caribbean Sea as a hurricane by the middle of the week 
and near the far southern waters as a tropical storm by late in 
the week. Expect increasing winds and building over those waters 
with the approach of Dorian.

and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.MON...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and

3 to 4 ft N of 27N. 
.TUE...S to SW winds less than 5 kt, shifting to NW in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...NW winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N,
and 3 ft N of 27N. 
.WED...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
