Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail over the forecast waters
through Thu night. This will produce moderate to fresh south to
southeast over the waters west of 90W and mainly light to gentle
winds east of 90W.  

.OVERNIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt late. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...SW to W winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to S late. Seas 2 ft
or less. 
.TUE...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A weak area of low pressure over S Florida will track
offshore the east-central coast of Florida Sun. This system will 
continue to bring scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms,
some with strong gusty winds and rough seas, over the waters west
of 72W the next couple of days. Environmental conditions are 
expected to become conducive for tropical cyclone development of 
this system once it moves back over the Atlantic waters. 
Otherwise, gentle to moderate southeasterly winds will continue 
across the area. Tropical Storm Dorian will approach the southern 
waters, possibly as a hurricane, the middle of next week. 

.OVERNIGHT...S of 27N, S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt late. N of 27N, S
to SW winds 10 to 15 kt late. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
3 to 5 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.SUN...SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N.
