Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front across the south and southeast CONUS
will reach the Gulf northern waters on Thu morning where it will
stall Fri before lifting north of the area Sat morning.
Scattered showers and tstms associated with the front will
prevail over the northern half of the basin through Sat.
Moderate to fresh SW winds are expected over the NE waters Thu
through Sat with the front. Winds will pulse to fresh over the
western Yucatan Peninsula adjacent waters each evening
associated with a surface trough. Otherwise, surface high
pressure will establish in the region Sat and prevail through
Mon. 

.OVERNIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft
or less. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.THU...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.THU NIGHT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Surface ridging extending from the Bermuda High will
persist across the forecast waters through Mon. This pattern will
maintain mainly gentle to moderate winds north of 22N,and 
moderate to fresh winds south of 22N through most of the period. 
Strong winds are expected between Turks and Caicos and Hispaniola 
at night through Fri. Otherwise, no tropical cyclone activity is 
expected for the next several days. 

.OVERNIGHT...S of 27N,S winds 5 to 10 kt after midnight. N of
27N,S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less.
