Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure ridging will remain over the
northern Gulf through the next few days providing for generally
a gentle to moderate wind flow and relatively low seas across
the area.  

.TODAY...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers. 
.THU NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers. 
.FRI...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SW to W in the

.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave will bring fresh to strong winds and
 scattered showers and thunderstorms Wednesday to Hispaniola and
 Puerto Rico, Thursday to Hispaniola and the Turks and Caicos 
Islands, and Friday to the southeast Bahamas and western Cuba. 
This system is then expected to turn northward through the 
Bahamas and off the east coast of Florida into the weekend, when
 it has a low chance of tropical cyclone formation. Otherwise, 
moderate breezes will generally prevail.  

.TODAY...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft in E swell in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft
or less. Scattered showers.
