Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Surface ridging will dominate the gulf waters the
entire period supporting mainly light to gentle variable winds.
A pair of surface troughs will move from the Florida Peninsula
into the NE basin on Tue and Thu, but quickly dissipate E of
Louisiana during the evening hours. Otherwise, a surface trough
will move off the Yucatan Peninsula every evening supporting
fresh to strong winds over the Bay of Campeche at night.

.SYNOPSIS...Scattered showers and tstms continue over the NW
forecast waters associated with a weakening stationary front
extending  from 31N73W to Cape Canaveral, Florida. The front
will dissipate  this evening, leaving a remnant trough that will
move across the  northern Bahamas and then inland South Florida
tonight. A tropical wave moving across the E Caribbean on Mon
will support fresh to  strong NE to E winds over Puerto Rico
adjacent waters Mon night,  including the approaches to the Mona
Passage. Winds will be  generally light to gentle elsewhere.

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and NE 5 to
10 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 ft late in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft
or less. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft late in the evening, then, subsiding to 2 ft or less after
midnight. 
.MON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to
10 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less.
