Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A a weakening cold front over the northern Gulf of
Mexico is connected to a 1014 mb low centered near 27N91W.
Moderate to fresh NE winds are expected northwest of the front
into early Friday. Moderate to fresh SW to W winds will prevail
ahead of the front, possibly increasing to strong tonight over
the NE Gulf of Mexico. The front will begin to devolve into a
surface trough Friday, then move inland and dissipate by
Saturday. 

.TODAY...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers. 
.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers. 
.FRI...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front to the north of the Bahamas will
gradually dissipate on Friday. The pressure gradient between the
 frontal boundary and high pressure to the east will support 
moderate to fresh S to SW winds N of 27N through Thu. Gentle to 
moderate SE winds will dominate the remainder waters, except N
of  Hispaniola and the approaches to the Windward Passage where
fresh to strong winds will pulse during the nights. 

.TODAY...S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and W 10 to 15 kt N of 27N.
Seas 3 ft early in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N,E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,W winds 5 to
10 kt, shifting to S after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers. 
.FRI...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt N of
