Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will move into the northern Gulf
of Mexico today through Wed, with moderate to fresh N to NE
winds prevailing behind the front. The front will stall from the
Florida Big Bend to near Brownsville on Wed night, then
dissipate through Thu. Weak high pressure will build over the NE
Gulf Fri and Sat.

.THIS AFTERNOON...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon. 
.WED NIGHT...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft in the afternoon.

.SYNOPSIS...The remnants of T.D. Three near 29.0N 80.0W 1014 mb 
at 11 AM EDT are moving N at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds
30 kt gusts 40 kt. Three will dissipate this evening. A cold
front will move into the waters just NW of the area on Thu, then 
become stationary and gradually weaken Fri and Sat.

.THIS AFTERNOON...S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 15 to 20 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to 20 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
