Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge along the northern Gulf of Mexico will
weaken through Tue, allowing a cold front to move into the
northern portion of the Gulf of Mexico. The front will stall
from near the Florida Big Bend to S Texas Tue night and
dissipate Wed night. Gentle to moderate winds will continue
across most of the basin, except for fresh winds pulsing to the
W of the Yucatan Peninsula at night.  

.OVERNIGHT...W to NW winds less than 5 kt,  shifting to S late.
Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Three near 26.1N 79.3W 1013 mb
at 11 PM EDT moving NW at 9 kt. Maximum sustained winds 25 kt
gusts  35 kt. Three will move to 28.4N 79.8W Tue morning, 31.7N
78.5W Tue evening, and dissipate Wed morning. Surface ridging
dominating  the remainder waters will move eastward on Tue night
as TD Three  moves N across the western waters. A surface trough
will move into the NW waters Thu, where it will linger through
the remainder of  the week. 

.TONIGHT...S of 29N S to SE winds 20 to 25 kt. N of 29N, SE to S 
winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft, building to 4 to 7 ft late. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 20 to 25 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to 7 ft N of 27N. 
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TUE NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to
