.SYNOPSIS...Low pres emerging into the NE Gulf this evening will 
strengthen Wednesday through late week as it moves farther away
from the southeast Gulf. Weak high pressure will build in its
wake.

.OVERNIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers. 
.WED...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft late in the afternoon. Scattered showers. 
.WED NIGHT...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.
