Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Low pres developing over the NE Gulf this evening 
will strengthen through the remainder of the week, possibly into a
tropical cyclone, as it drifts westward over the N central and NW
Gulf into the weekend. In the wake of the low pres, high pressure
will build back into the eastern Gulf of Mexico for the end of the
week.

showers. 
.WED...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft late in the afternoon. Scattered showers.

moderate breezes.
