Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will dominate the western Gulf
until mid week. Low pres developing over the NE Gulf today will
slowly intensify through Sat, possibly into a tropical cyclone,
as it drifts westward over the N central and NW Gulf through
late Sat. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh southerly flow will persist
through early Wed over the offshore waters NE of Florida due to 
developing low pres over the NE Gulf of Mexico. Otherwise, high 
pressure dominating the region will support gentle to moderate 
breezes elsewhere, except N of Hispaniola where fresh to strong 
trades will pulse at night.

15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms.
