.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will dominate the basin into mid
week. A low pressure is expected to develop in the NE basin on
Wed and intensify gradually through Thu generating strong to near
gale force winds. Further intensification is possible later on 
Thu along with gale force winds and building seas. 

.OVERNIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MON...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.
