Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak surface ridge will dominate the basin the
entire period. An area of low pressure in the SE CONUS supports
scattered showers and tstms today. Another low will develop in
the NE waters on Thu, increasing the winds to fresh to strong. 

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will dominate the region the entire
period. Low pressure developing in the SE CONUS on Sun will
meander in this region supporting moderate to fresh southerlies
in the NW waters. Fresh to strong winds are expected off
Hispaniola late tonight in the wake of an active tropical wave
moving  through the central Caribbean. Winds will resume N of
Hispaniola on Tue as a new tropical wave move into the central
Caribbean.

27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SUN...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 15 to 20 kt N of 27N.
Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
