.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will slowly move northward over
the Gulf through the weekend, then persist over the NE Gulf 
through Mon night. 

.OVERNIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Winds will strengthen over the northern waters Thu 
through Fri ahead of a cold front that will move off the U.S. East
Coast late in the week. A high pressure ridge will dominate much 
of the region through Sat, then weaken Sun into Mon as the cold 
front continues moving across the western Atlantic.

.OVERNIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms. 
.THU...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.THU NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to
