Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Showers and thunderstorms over the NE Gulf will 
diminish today. Winds and seas may be higher near tstms. A diurnal
trough forming over the Yucatan Peninsula will produce fresh to 
locally strong winds each night as it moves off the coast. 
Otherwise, a ridge will prevail over the Gulf of Mexico through 
Sat night.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough will move slowly E off the coast of
 NE Florida toward 75W through tonight, then dissipate. Strong 
winds will pulse N of Hispaniola each night through Thu night. 
Winds will increase some over the northern waters Thu through
Fri  as the pressure gradient tightens between the western Atlc
ridge  and low pres moving E from the United States. Otherwise,
the ridge over the western Atlc will dominate the region through
Fri. 

.TODAY...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to 20 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to
