Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will slowly move across the northern
Gulf today through Tue, then stall and weaken over the central
Gulf Wed and Thu. Weak high pressure will build near the central
Gulf Coast Thu and persist through Fri.

.TODAY...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers. 
.TONIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TUE...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to W to NW late in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge extending from the central
Atlantic to beyond the Bahamas will shift southward today ahead 
of an approaching cold front. The cold front will move across
the northern waters tonight through Wed night, then stall and 
weaken on Thu. Weak high pressure will build off the southeast 
U.S. coast Thu and track eastward along 31N through Fri.

.TODAY...SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms. 
.TUE...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers. 
.TUE NIGHT...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight, then, subsiding to 2 ft or less
late. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
